Corn Starch, or maizena, is a precious ingredient in the kitchen for making CAKES MORE CRUMBLY AND VELVETY. Corn starch is a gluten-free product and is included in the AIC Guide.


WHAT IS THE MAGIC?

Due to its excellent water-binding properties, it is IDEAL for thickening sauces or creams, for pudding mixtures, hot chocolate and soups, for SOFTENING BAKED CAKES and for ensuring perfect results in the kitchen.


WHY IT IS SPECIAL?

Our Corn Starch is obtained by processing maize that has been carefully monitored in order to ensure perfect results in the kitchen. It is not sourced from GMOs and is obtained from raw materials of PLANT ORIGIN that are free from chemical contamination.
